“The Wren is a tiny, bold and curious bird with a loud singing voice, so it seemed the perfect choice for a miniature painting. I’m imagining the Off-White of the paint chip to be an early Autumn morning sky and the wren is just about to sing. The level of detail in this painting is as far as my eyes and my brush can go!”

The Wren, painted directly onto the Farrow and Ball colour chip for Off-White, is an original miniature painting by Rachel Spelling. The painting is 2cm x 3cm and it is served on a strip of twelve beautiful colours from the iconic Farrow and Ball colour card, which measures 7.4cm x 21cm. It is sold unframed.

The miniature is signed and dated on the reverse, and it will be accompanied by a signed and embossed certificate of authenticity.
