“This is a painting of the September 1990 edition of The Face, and it’s a still life and a portrait at the same time and I played Prince the whole time I was painting it.”

The Face (Prince edition), painted directly onto the Farrow and Ball paint swatch for Dove Tale, is an original miniature painting by Rachel Spelling. The painting is 2cm x 3cm and it is served on a strip of twelve beautiful colours from the iconic Farrow & Ball colour card, which measures 7.4cm x 21cm. It is sold unframed.

This miniature is signed and dated on the back and it will be accompanied by a signed and embossed certificate of authenticity.
